New COVID19 Delivery Delays
Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID across NSW, ACT and VIC, Australia Post will pause parcel collections for three days from 7am Saturday 4th September until 7am Tuesday 7th September. Unfortunately this means that orders placed between Friday 3rd September and Monday 6th September (inclusive) will experience longer than expected delivery times.
Delivery Within Australia
We offer our Billie Goat community FREE standard Australian delivery when they spend $60 or more in one transaction.
Standard delivery on orders under $60 is a flat rate of AUD$9.95.
Orders are usually dispatched within one business day and will be conveniently delivered to your preferred address, Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery.
Tracking & Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details and instructions for how to track your order. For any queries relating to tracking, please contact our Customer Care Team here.
Usual delivery times are in line with the below, however due to COVID-19, our logistics partner Australia Post is experiencing some delays.
- ACT: 2-5 business days
- NSW: 2-5 business days
- NT: 3-7 business days
- QLD: 3-7 business days
- SA: 2-5 business days
- TAS: 2-5 business days
- VIC: 1-3 business days
- WA: 3-7 business days
Allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.
Please note that these are estimates and carriers services will endeavour to meet these on all occasions; however allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries.
Due to seasonal and Public Holidays such as Easter and Christmas, delivery times may vary from normal, so please allow extra time during these peak periods.
Billie Goat products are not available for pickup; however, we do have an extensive network of retail stockists if you prefer to shop in-store. Find your nearest stockist here.
Due to COVID-19, our logistics partner Australia Post is currently unable to deliver to many countries around the world. They have published an update here. If you are trying to place an order to send to one of these affected countries, we are very sorry but you will be unable to do so. We hope it will not be too long until things return back to normal.
For countries we are still able to deliver to, we offer a flat rate fee of AUD$50.00. Once you reach checkout simply pick your country for delivery. Our checkout will update to include the shipping cost for your order.
